Calendar year membership for U.S. US $ 20.00

NOTE: Dues are $20 annually. For first time members only, membership is reduced $5 per annual quarter. Dues are - Jan to Mar - $20, Apr to Jun - $15, Jul to Sep - $10, Oct to Dec - $5.
