| 1964 Rambler American 2 dr HT
Automatic transmission with original 196 OHV 6 cylinder engine. Mileage
shows as 13,500 (113,500). This is a good running, driving and stopping
car. All running lights and signals work fine; could be driven
anywhere. The fuel gauge does not work accurately however, and the
speedometer needs a new cable. The car also slow leaks transmission
fluid. The interior (especially in front) could use a redo or be covered. The dash is nice but the dash pad is cracked. The dash pad was an original option, so if the pad were removed, would be like new underneath. The red paint is really nice and shines great. All chrome is quite nice! The frost white top has a couple spots of very minor whispy surface rust. Not bad at all. The rear wheel well has a few small bubbles under the paint that you can see if you look closely. The windshield has a crack, however I am including with the sale, a spare windshield that is in great shape! Overall, this is a great little car that turns heads and starts conversations about Ramblers every time out. Looks good, runs good, and super fun to drive.
