| 1966 AMC Ambassador DPL. 327 4v / Shift Command AT on console, PS, power front disc brakes, electric wipers, tilt wheel. Well cared for its entire life. Less than 300 miles on complete mechanical restoration including engine (runs great, smooth and strong), transmission, stainless sleeved brake calipers, new brake pads, rotors and rear shoes/hardware, suspension bushings and idler arm, axle and torque tube seals, all shocks. Has a perfect dash pad. We have NOS (from SMS) original hounds tooth upholstery and vinyl - enough to do seats, door panels, and throw pillows (cost $1200). I have super nice correct Ambo horn ring. Needs vinyl top replaced and some dialing in. My dad became ill before details all taken care of. NO RUST EVER except under wiper motor (endemic). I cut it out, TIG welded patches, and built up floor where water sits with POR 15 putty so water won't pool. Take care of details and have a beautiful Ambassador that will run great for a long time!
